PREVENTION AND HOPE RESTORATION
It is critical to know that if you wait and get help, your perspective will change how you view your immediate circumstances in life.
We sometimes feel that there is no way out and nowhere to turn. We think we are not attached to anything positive and do not feel we are heard, seen, or essential. But the fact that you are here on earth means that you have a purpose. Your living is not in vain.
Reach out to a friend or family member that will listen to you and validate your journey. Do not worry about thinking that you are a burden to a person when you reach out during a mental health crisis. There is always at least one person we can reach any hour of the day. They will be more upset if you do not reach out.
People who care for you do not want the consequences to be grave! Reach out to them. Do not stay alone. You must stay with other people or connect to them even if they are unaware of everything happening. But it is always best to let people know about your pain so they can help.
But if you do not have a family member or friend to reach out to, please seek the resources below immediately! We are all on this human journey together and must help each other! If you or a family member is reading this, there is hope and a belief that life is worth it!
Life does get complicated, but if we reach out and process our feelings, we can get through the next minute, hour, day, week, month, and year! We must give ourselves a chance.
This is my life's work, and I genuinely love humanity! Human suffering does not skip anyone, nor does an abundance of solutions. Please choose life solutions.
You are worth it! I am here to help! Where there is a will, there is a way, and I want to show you the way! Please seek the resources below if you are in immediate need of help!
