Sometimes you wake up and feel like life is upside down. Right side up does not feel like an option that you can clearly see. Remember that being mindful is to dive into why something is upside down instead of acting like it does not exist. Before you rise from the bed take an inventory of why you feel that life is upside down. Try to dedicate yourself to tackling one task that helps you to turn your life right side up. Then don’t forget to treat your self with a special cup of coffee or take time to read a book or watch a beloved tv program. This is to reward yourself for pushing through although life is not totally right side up yet.
